Dear Fellow Foodie,
I would like to tell you about my experience and culinary journey over the past several years so you can get an idea of what to expect from Foodie Catering.
I’m often asked “What is your specialty?” My influences have come from various experiences beginning in New York City following culinary school. I began my career at the Waldorf Astoria as saucier, (perfecting the sauce is so important to a great dish). From there, my journey continued through some of the most esteemed establishments in New York City, such as Tavern on the Green, Chemical Bank World Headquarters, Lincoln Center Metropolitan Opera House (part of the restaurant associates group) and Newman& Bogdonoff Catering.
From the “Big Apple” I moved to Orlando and continued to grow as an Executive Chef for Bergamo’s’ Italian Restaurant, The Villas at Grand Cypress, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, Citricos at the Grand Floridian and most recently the Coral Reef in EPCOT center.
All of the wonderful experiences have led me to start a new endeavor with Foodie Catering. Now, I am able to share some of my signature dishes with you and create new ones as well!
